How to Pair a
New sidekick reader

In the app, go to Devices

Click the plus sign at the top right to pair your Reader

Turn on your Reader using the power button

Click “Reader turned on”

App will search for Reader

App will display the found Reader

Click “Pair”

App will display “Pairing was successful”

If the Reader is not found,
please ensure Reader is turned on.

If Reader does not turn on, it may be out of battery.

Please recharge.
